This is what makes life so wonderful

The kids had this great idea to turn off all the lights down stairs and run around at full speed.  Of course it wasn't to long before they collided.  Hailey and Adrian hit heads and Hailey was sent flying.  Adrian got a goose bump on his head and Hailey was left with a black black eye.  Kids will be kids and always end up hurt.
Christmas morning was fun and full of great gifts.
Boys got pocket knifes

Hailey got lots of Hannah Montana things

Tally had fun with everything

Saidey loved her light up Dora boots

All Hailey wanted was a Hannah Montana wig and she got the entire outfit.  She was the happiest kid in the world.  But the best part is that they were all from Halloween discounted down to almost nothing.

Instead of PJ's this year they got bathrobes.  Everyone was happy except Adrian.  But he pouts alot anyway so we are used to that.

For our nativity play Natalia was Mary (when she would participate), Vance was Joseph (and Mary for the times when Natalia wouldn't), Adrian was a wiseman, Hailey was the shephard princess, and Saidey was the angel.
On Christmas eve Mom, Rachel, and Kellen came over and we made gingerbread houses.  There was enough adults that we could all help with a child.  It made it easy and fun.

Christmas eve was a very full day.  It started out when we made snicker-doodle cookies for Santa.  I gave the boys a bowl of cinnamon and sugar and one to the girls.  I would hand them some dough and they would roll it into a ball and then coat it in the good stuff.  They turned out good and I sure that Santa really liked them also.

Natalia went out and played in the snow for the first time.  She really did not like it.   Vance tried to play with her but the whole outing was only about 10 min.
